The core capabilities of some of the newer Android phones can capture some pretty awesome pictures without tinkering with software. However if you want more control over ISO settings, zoom levels, and custom effect you will like how great these photography apps can make your pictures look.

Ultimate
Camera360 is also a competent and feature-rich Android photography/camera app that has similar features to the other apps in this roundup. This camera app is my favorite Android camera apps and was include in my roundup of best Android apps for 2012. It is among my favorites because it’s easy to use even though it has tons of features and settings you can play around with to adjust saturation, exposure, ISO, image stabilization, burst mode etc.
Even if you don’t have the best camera on your device, or the best lighting conditions, if you play around with Camera360’s settings you will be able to capture some surprising good photos. After you have captured the photo a carousel is shown at the bottom that previews how certain post-processing effects can enhance the picture. 
PicSay Pro – Photo Editor
Make your photos pop with this fun and capable Android photo editor. PicSay Pro can be used to sharpen image focus, insert cutouts of other pictures, remove red eye, crop & straighten images, distort photos, make color splashes out of black-and-white pictures, and add text and word balloons.
