The South Korean Technology Company Samsung is being sued by Apple for the copying of design for its galaxy Tab and also for using one of the Apple’s patent. Samsung is trying hard solve the matter as Samsung tries the matter becomes more complicated.
However earler Apple also sued HTC for using one of its patents and court took the decision in favour of Apple.
Samsung should not stop using the patents by Apple so as avoid any other legal issue in future as already Samsung is being dragged to the court by Apple.
